What is an InBody Scan?

InBody is a fast, non-invasive body composition test that breaks down what the scale can’t; body fat mass, skeletal muscle mass, total body water, and more. In about 60 seconds, you’ll get a detailed report that helps guide fat loss, muscle building, and wellness goals with clarity.

How to prepare (for most accurate results

For best consistency, try to:

  • Avoid eating a large meal 2-3 hours before

  • Avoid alcohol 24 hours prior

  • Avoid intense exercise 12 hours prior

  • Hydrate normally (don’t overdo water right before)

  • Try to scan at the same time of day each visit

If you’re pregnant or have an implanted medical device (ex. Pacemaker), ask us before booking.

How often should I scan?

Most people love:

  • Every 4 weeks for fat loss + muscle gain

  • Every 8-12 weeks for maintenance and check-ins
