Starting with a full health questionnaire and consultation with our experienced provider, you will get a customized treatment plan based on your health history, needs and lab work.

We draw your comprehensive lab work in office. You return one week later to review lab work and discuss treatment options with our provider.

2nd Appointment (Review Treatment Plan and Pellet Insertion):
​
If you are a candidate for Bioidentical Hormone Optimization Therapy (BHRT), we can treat you in office at your follow up visit. No two people are the same, and that is the beauty of BHRT, is that it is customized exactly to your own personal needs.
​
For women this could include Testosterone therapy alone, or a combination of Testosterone, Estradiol, and Progesterone Therapy.

Your personalized plan will be discussed with you at the time of your visit.

Procedure
​
The procedure itself is done in office where local lidocaine is used and a small incision is made to the upper glute/hip and the pellet is placed under the skin. The procedure is relatively painless. Pellets are absorbed completely overtime through cardiac output. The more active you are = the more you are absorbing and getting the benefit out of the pellet.

Pellets are all natural and made of yams and soy.​​

Follow- Up:
​
For men, follow up lab work is done after 4 weeks to assess optimization and repeat pellets are done every 5-6 months.

For women, follow up lab work is done after 6 weeks to assess optimization and repeat pellets are done every 3-4 months.
